Indeed, the ISO standard is a standard for transparency, reliability and quality within organisations.
CTD pioneered in 2017 with a small team, a gantry crane and only a few containers to transport in the first few weeks. At the time, processes were only captured in e-mails or did not exist, but now years later, many processes have been developed.
Container Terminal Doesburg is no longer a startup and therefore experiences an intrinsic motivation to let its customers know how accomplished the container terminal has become. After the developments of the past few years, it was time to set up a quality system defining the processes.
Improvement and Development
ISO 9001:2015 emphasises improving an organisation’s processes and performance. The management standard requires organisations to describe, analyse, measure and continuously improve their processes. This allows CTD to meet its customers’ needs even better as it increases the quality of services, clear processes, communication, roles and responsibilities within the organisation.
Container Terminal Doesburg is proud to announce that ISO 9001 certification is effective since 6 January 2022. As a result, CTD is focused on the future in which the tools are in place to ensure quality for customers.
